Meeting Minutes
A clean written record of who met, what was discussed, and what was decided.
Good for: Boards, companies, nonprofits, clubs, associations, and teams that need a record of their meetings.
Before you sign
- Minutes record what was decided, not every word that was said.
- Keep signed minutes with your company or group records. A bank, a buyer, or a tax office may ask to see them later.
- Minutes are usually approved at the start of the next meeting.
