The short version: you fill in a form, and your answers stay in your browser. We only see them for the moment it takes to build your clean copy, and we do not keep them. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

Boilerplate World is run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@shore-ai.com.

What you give us, and what happens to it

• Your answers. What you type into a form stays in your browser while you fill it in. It is kept in your browser tab only so you do not lose it by accident, and it is cleared when you close the tab or start over.
• Your clean copy. When you ask for the clean copy, your answers are sent to our server so it can build the document. We do not store or log them. Once the clean copy is on your screen, it is only on your device.
• State tips. If you ask for tips for your state, we send an AI service only the name of the form and the name of the state. We do not send your answers.
• Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a simple order record (the order number, which form it was for, and how many clean copies it has built) for up to 30 days so you can fix a typo without paying twice.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or the Pro Help forms, the name, email, phone number (if you give one), and message you type are sent to us through Formspree, and we use them only to reply to you.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour.

Who else handles it

• An AI service provider writes the state tips, using only the form name and the state.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Formspree delivers messages sent through the contact form and the Pro Help forms.
• Our hosting provider runs the site.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on the page, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies.

Sensitive information

Some forms ask for names, addresses, and details about money or property. Please share only what the form needs. These forms never need your Social Security number or full account numbers, and you should not type them in.

Your choices

Because we keep so little, there is not much to ask for. You can email us to ask what we hold about an order, or to have it deleted, and we will respond promptly. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Security

We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site and its data limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep what we hold to a minimum.

Children

Boilerplate World is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use what you give us, we will say so on the site.
