Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Two parties agree to keep each other's private business information secret.
Good for: Businesses and people who are about to share private information, such as plans, prices, customer lists, or ideas, while they explore working together.
Before you sign
- A mutual NDA protects both sides. If only one side shares secrets, a one-way NDA may fit better.
- Do not share your secrets until both sides have signed.
- An NDA covers private information only. It does not cover information that is already public or that the other side already knew.
