House rules for people sharing a home: rent split, bills, guests, quiet hours, and moving out.

This agreement is between the roommates. It does not replace the lease with the landlord, and the landlord is not a part of it.
Everyone who lives there should sign.
Talk through each answer together. It works best when nobody is surprised later.
