RV Space Rental Agreement

A rental agreement for a space at an RV park, with rent, hookups, rules, and notice to leave.

Good for: RV park owners and managers, and campers and travelers renting a space for their RV or trailer.

Before you sign

  • In some states, a long stay at an RV park can give the person renting some of the same rights as a regular tenant, such as notice before being asked to leave. The state tips on the last step cover your state.
  • Write down the RV's license plate and who lives in it. That helps if there is ever a question about who is staying.
  • Do a walk-around of the space and write down any damage that is already there.
